Official Rules – Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club Pickleball Padel Giveaway
1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club, located at 4001 N. Country Club Rd., Tucson, AZ 85716 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on November 7, 2025 and ends on March 2, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries must be received during this time to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, scan the QR code displayed at participating University of Arizona home basketball games or visit [insert landing page URL]. Complete the online form by providing your name, phone number, and email address, and answer the three required questions before submitting.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Each participant may enter one (1) time per game during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries for the same game will be disqualified.
5. Alternate Method of Entry
To enter without scanning the QR code, mail your name, phone number, email address, and answers to the three required questions to:

Mail-in entries must be received before the date of the corresponding home game drawing.
6. Prize
One (1) Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club Pickleball Padel will be awarded to one winner per home game during the Promotion Period. Approximate retail value (ARV): $150 per prize.
No cash or other substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. All taxes and fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing following each University of Arizona home basketball game from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of each drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each game.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in all media, without additional compensation or consent, unless prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club Privacy Policy available at Tucsonracquetclub.com. By entering, you agree to receive communications from Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club. You may unsubscribe at any time.
11. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical malfunctions; or any injury or damage arising from participation or prize use. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club, its affiliates, and employees from any and all claims related to the promotion or prize.
12. Governing Law
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
